How much is postage?
All National and International cookie orders are shipped with Australia Post using their express service. Shipping fees start at $13.00 per order and increase depending on the weight of your item.
When will I receive my order?
Transit times Australia:
Brisbane - 2-3 business day fulfilment, 2 business day post
Melbourne - 2-3 business day fulfilment, 2 business day post
Sydney - 2-3 business day fulfilment, 2 business day post
Canberra - 2-3 business day fulfilment, 2 business day post
Adelaide - 2-3 business day fulfilment, 2 business day post
Perth - 2-3 business day fulfilment, 2 business day post
Darwin - 2-3 business day fulfilment, 2 business day post
Launceston - 2-3 business day fulfilment, 2 business day post
Hobart - 2-3 business day fulfilment, 2 business day post
Cairns, Mackay, Rockhampton - 2-3 business day fulfilment, 2 business day post
All other cities and regional - 3-4 business day fulfilment, 3 business days post
*Orders are posted Monday-Thursday so your order arrives as fresh as possible.
**If you place an order after 8:00am Thursday, it will be shipped the following Monday.
***During peak periods (Christmas, Easter, Valentine’s Day) fulfilment times are 1-3 business days, plus shipping time.
****Shipping times are provided as an estimate only and may vary according to weather and road conditions.
Where do we ship?
We currently ship to every residential and commercial postal address in Australia. We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
What happens if I'm not home to receive the delivery?
Domestic
If you are not home to receive your package, our couriers will leave it in a safe place unless there is not a safe place to leave your package (in which case your order will be taken to a local collection point for you to collect). All orders are packaged in a sealed mailer bag for safe transport, however we can not be held responsible for a package if the recipient is not present to receive the order.
If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address at checkout, we cannot be held responsible for the parcel being marked as unable to deliver or returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate shipping address.
It is the responsibility of the sender to send the parcel to an address that is:
a) attended upon delivery; or
b) if the premises are unattended, the sender assumes responsibility for the package if it is left in a safe place upon delivery.
*If you are concerned about the parcel being left in a safe place upon arrival, we encourage you to choose another shipping address that will be attended during business hours on weekdays, or consider sending your parcel to a parcel locker.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
We reserve the right to decline an order cancellation or modification if we are not able to complete the request before the product has already been shipped. Please double check your order before placing it, ensuring all details in the delivery address are correct. If an order has already been fulfilled, we cannot modify the order or shipping address.
